We ensure that your written quotes are sent out within 24 – 48hrs of your initial meeting. In addition to closing more jobs, you won’t have to spend your evenings working on the computer, or risk losing valuable jobs because a competitor closed the deal before you.

How Does The Process Work?

You will go on your sales appointments and price out the project just like you always have. We will provide you with a template to take notes on that is branded with your company logo, and customized for your unique business. This template is straight forward and is used to help organize the meeting notes in a way that we can create your written estimate in a line-item format. Simply send us a picture of your hand written meeting notes and details that you would like us to highlight, and we will take it from there. It can be as simple as a picture message from your phone. The proposal is created and sent out from your own QuickBooks account (We use an administrator password and do not need to see any of your financials or private information). This allows the client to receive their written estimate directly from your email and will also allow replies to come back to you directly. This way you will also have the client’s lead information digitally recorded as well as the original estimate, which can easily be converted to an invoice when the time comes.

We are often asked by clients to perform additional services but at this time we only specialize in preparing and sending out your written proposals and estimates.
